 Scott Hughes has been the CEO/Association Executive of the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors since 2014. The Association is a not-for-profit REALTOR association, benefiting members by providing innovative products, programs and services. The Association has approximately 1100 members.
Prior to this position, Scott was the Executive Director for the Alliance for Education. He received his B.S. in business administration and management as well as his MBA from Centenary College.
Real estate is not Scott's only interest. He is in his third term as an appointed representative of the Louisiana State Civil Service Commission. This seven-member Commission has final authority over the administration of the State Civil Service system. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Commission.
In addition, Scott often serves as a political analyst for our local news outlets. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Shreveport.
