Belarus guests visit with State Representative Rosa DeLaura

The group from Belarus had an opportunity to meet with United States Representative, Rosa DeLauro.
Representative Rosa DeLaura has served her District based in New Haven since 1991.  The Belarus delegation had an opportunity to meet with Rosa during their stay.
