Circles is a community partnership that inspires self-sufficiency through relationships and education. They accomplish this by identifying people in poverty who are ready to build a path to self-reliance and to participate in classes and weekly training meetings. These participants are connected with community volunteers and together they are able to work to eliminate local barriers and help end poverty in our community.

Joplin Daybreak Rotary has agreed to provide a meal once a quarter to the participants of the Circles program.  Rotary Club members cook the meal and serve the Circle’s participants.

“Daybreak Rotary really enjoys serving meals to the Circles Program,” Valerie Searcy, President, Joplin Daybreak Rotary. “It is a fun activity for our group outside of our weekly meetings and this is just one small way we can give back to our community.”
