Clinton Rotary Working to Beautify Park

Clinton Rotarians recently worked on improvements at Rotary Park.  The park sign had become overgrown with weeds and was difficult for the city to mow around.  Rotarians, with the help of the City of Clinton, took out the original landscaping and reworked the area to provide a smooth surface for city workers to mow under the sign and prevent vegetation from growing underneath it.

Rotarians are also working on removing the grass at the east end of the pickle ball courts.  Currently when the city cuts the grass, it blows onto the courts, causing a slipping hazard for players. The Rotarians, with the help of the city, plan to have the grass removal project completed by fall.
