Sykesville-South Carroll Rotary Club with FTC Team 8221 Cubix3

On June 21^st  The Sykesville – South Carroll Rotary Club proudly gifted the Cubix^3 team $1000.00 to support their future projects.

Carroll County Robotics Team Wins World Championships!
More than 20,000 students from 42 countries traveled to St. Louis, MO to compete in the FIRST World Robotics Championships.  The FIRST Tech Challenge competition was a four-day event which included three days of qualifying matches that ended spectacularly on Saturday, April 30th with the semi-finals and a heart-pounding finals match won by the  alliance made up of Cubix3 from Hampstead, Maryland, Bobots from Earleville, Maryland, and TBD from Aurora, Ohio.
