The FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club Foundation awards over $35,000

The FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club Foundation recently awarded over $35,000 to local and global initiatives.  Requests for donations from the Club Foundation come exclusively from active members and are awarded based on alignment with our mission - alleviating poverty, illiteracy, hunger, or disease.  The majority of our locally raised funds are awarded locally.  We are pleased to announce the following local and global 2023 FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club Foundation Awards:

Annually, our Club Foundation supports Rotary's Camp Florida, scholarships for graduating seniors (including the Stanley Rzad III Memorial Scholarship), sponsorship of delegates to S4TL (Seminar for Tomorrow's Leaders), a high school speech contest, and Rotary International's Polio Plus initiative.
