Shewanda Pettigrew, a dynamic speaker from the Cora Lamping Center, a domestic violence shelter and crisis consulting center spoke to the Rotary this week. They are part of The Avenue Family Network.

Shewanda describes herself as a "passionate advocate for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their families." We learned about the kinds of social services that are available from this organization that provides significant benefits to families in Berrien County.
