Rotary Has Heart

The Rotary Club of Spartanburg’s fundraiser for February was Rotary Has Heart. The Club donated canned goods and supplies to TOTAL Ministries along with raising $5,154, which was presented to them on March 22, 2022.
Rotarians Louie Blanton, Cindy Hughes, Traci Kennedy (Executive Director of TOTAL Ministries), and Rotary Club of Spartanburg President Cindy Kelly.
In addition to the $5,154, the Rotary Club of Spartanburg collected over $500 worth of canned goods, cereals, dry goods and paper products for TOTAL Ministries. Rotarians on this project committee were Louie Blanton, Jennifer Cubitt, Jim Reilly, Kit Jennings, Louis Smith and Cindy Hughes.

Committee chair Cindy Hughes says, "It was a great project and I think everyone enjoyed giving back to our community. I was overwhelmed by the support from our club."
