Author Richard Parker led us on a journey to historical Paducah at this week's Rotary meeting, where we learned about Buckskin Bill's Wild West Show that was once a fixture in downtown. At this week's meeting, we took a lovely self care break as Compass Counseling Owner Katie Englert led us through a relaxation exercise on Zoom. In her presentation to our club, she emphasized the importance of taking the time to care for yourself and talked about the mental health implications of COVID-19.
